How dare you interrupt me during the seagull solo of Echoes One of the greatest Creepiest fucking solos of all time. When I listen to the solo, I think of the left ruins of Pompeii with nobody around while staring in the shadows of Mount Vesuvius. Like what the "Live at Pompeii" showed in the Director's Cut Film.

But as usual, Andy is making the best out of it !

The use of Black for that “radio” tone was… incredibly perfect.

It's good to see a guitarist's full body and face in a demo review. I'm not a fan of the headless guitarist vids that dominate UA-cam. First time here and appreciate the shot and editing choices that you used.

The aircraft on the pedal is the English Electric Lighting. A very high performance fighter jet that served in the RAF during rhe 60’s and 70’s. There is a famous incident where an RAF jet mechanic accidentally took off in one while he was working on it. He survived. But look up videos on it. Crazy story.

Source Audio makes some very high-quality pedals but this one is just dumb. Sorry Andy!

That Ladder mode is complete trash. I mean, I know it’s all meant to kinda sound trashy … but describing that Ladder mode as Moog filter like, is a joke. Black intro was the obvious choice for Radio mode … I remember buying an Ibanez LF7 Tone Lok pedal, years ago, to cover that song … 😊

I'm in love with the new form factor, but can't help but feel like this sounds all too digital, on every setting (I realize it is, but there are plenty of digital lofi pedals that sound less digital than this--see Chroma Console), including tape and vinyl. I think it seems like a super nice experimentation device, but this one's not for me.

I was expecting this to sound better. Sounds boxy and nasally. Like there’s some room reverb in the circuit? Bummer. Thorpy utilizing a tube was crazy enticing.

first ever video I dislike in 12 years looking at loys of your demos. This pedal sounds only unorganic hype (except the verb). Something like a Line6 M5 would maybe already do as good, with much more preset slots but cheaper, nope??? yup, even the bit crush sounds "flat" ; cool for synths, I think...??. Hope someone will go the opposite way with this pedal on guitar by going full experimental in the settings and playing, would be much more interesting to me :D maybe I shall?
